We are a MultiState HUD-approved agency and offer an easy and convenient online course that meets your lender's requirement for Homebuyer Education Certification.
We have found that potential homebuyers who need homeownership education certification usually have to take time off or rearrange their schedules to attend the classes. At a time when the potential homebuyer is trying to save every dollar, sometimes this is not the best solution.
We offer this Online Homeownership Education Certification Program as a convenience to those potential homebuyers whose schedules or circumstances do not allow them to attend regular classes and one-on-one homeownership counseling.
This course counts as an 8-hour Homebuyer Education course that follows the National Industry Standards for Homeownership Education. As such, it is a full homeownership counseling and Education course, and it will take a number of hours (about 6 hours of video and your registration to complete). The course is online and can be completed at your convenience.

While the online education course will take a number of hours to complete, you can take it 24 x 7 on your phone, tablet or computer. you can stop at the end of any section, and pick it up later, even on another device. This is education as it can be, fast, convenient and FREE!
You have two options – please select the course your lender requires
Free Online Self-Service course – this option is appropriate for most students
Same Course with Required Counseling – Some grant providers and HOEPA (high-cost loans) require the one-on-one counseling. This option is priced at $99
If you take the Free Online Self-Service course and your lender requires counseling, you will not be required to take the 6+ hour course again. We can send you links to the additional registration and budget, then provide one-on-one counseling on the phone by a HUD-certified counselor.
