We are a MultiState HUD approved agency and offer an easy and convenient online course, that meets your lender's requirement for Homebuyer Education Certification.
We have found that potential homebuyers who need homeownership counseling and Education certification usually have to take time off or have to rearrange their schedules to take the classes and receive on-on-one counseling. At a time when the potential homebuyer is trying to save every dollar, sometimes this is not the best solution.
We offer this Online Homeownership Counseling and Education Certification Program as a convenience to those potential homebuyers whose schedules or circumstances do not allow them to attend regular classes and one-on-one homeownership counseling.
This 8-hour course follows the National Industry Standards for Homeownership Education and as such this is a full homeownership counseling and Education course and it will take a number of hours (about 6 hours of video, an hour of registration and budget and an hour of one-on-one counseling) to complete and while course is online and can be completed at your convenience, the one-on-one counseling is conducted on the phone during regular business hours (Monday through Friday, 10:00 am to 5:00 pm all times Eastern).

While the online education course will take a number of hours to complete, you can take it 24 x 7 on your phone, tablet or computer. you can stop at the end of any section, and pick it up later, even on another device. This is education as it can be, fast, convenient and FREE!
The process to receive the certificate is as follows:
- Step 1: Enroll and pay for the course.
- Step 2: Complete the registration then the PreTest
- Step 3: View the online educational videos in their entirety. (about 4 hours)
- Step 4: Take the PostTest.

Step 5: Call 888-738-8233 Monday to Friday 9:30 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time to make an appointment for the required telephone counseling with a Certified HUD counselor.
This is your opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the HomeBuying Process. Your counselor will review your budget and your proposed real estate transaction. At the end of the call, your counselor will email you your certificate.
